- 2006 & 2005 W-2’s
- 2 most recent, consecutive pay stubs
- Contact name & phone number of person who can verify your employment hire date and income verification
- 2006 & 2005 income tax returns, all schedules
- Year to Date P & L, Schedule C filer’s
- 2006 & 2005 K – 1, Schedule E filer’s
- 2006 & 2005 Corporate returns if you own 25% of partnership/corp.
- Name & Phone Number of Accountant
ASSET INFORMATION
- 3 most recent, consecutive or quarterly statements held in your name for checking, savings, IRA’s, retirement accounts, money markets, etc, all pages required.
- List of all Real Estate owned with corresponding mortgage holders, addresses, balances, payment amounts, and account numbers
OTHER INFORMATION
- copy of owner’s title policy
- copy of recent survey
- copy of homeowner’s insurance policy declarations page
- copy of closing statement received when you purchased home
- copy of closing statement received for last refinance
- copy of closing statement received for sale of previous home
- copies of current leases for rental properties that you own
- paper trail of any funds moved through accounts for monies that you are bringing to closing
- Gift letter completed by the donor’s bank along with most recent statement from donor showing paper trail of funds to borrower
- Check in the amount of $450.00. ($425.00 for appraisal, $25.00 for credit report)
- Copy of your drivers License
